Have a look at what there was to experience at FRUCHTWELT BODENSEE 2020:
from Eck en Wiel,
Magic Star® is a conventional variety that is a cross between Elise and a scab resistant selection. This scab resistent variety produces firm and appealing fruits that not only have a crunchy bite and a sweet taste, but also have a remarkably long shelf life.
Temperature and humidity inside the greenhouse often play an underestimated role in plant health. Also with regard to the qualitative parameters of the fruits, the climatic conditions are decisive for the results of your harvest.
Hubert Bernhard from Kressbron am Bodensee in Germany is a proud Kanzi® grower. A Kanzi® apple not only looks good with its beautiful clear color, it also tastes great.
Neo provides valuable assistance for both fruit production and wine growing. The harvest crate is always close to the pickers, thus permitting faster, more careful harvesting. It can also be used in summer as a mobile seat when treating grapevines.
Nematodes are an optimal way to prevent harmful organisms in orchards. For example, it is possible to reduce the development of codling moth larvae by 90% using Steinernema feltiae.
As usual, the trade fair meets not only the taste of farmers but also that of fruit growers with a wide range of topics, ranging from the world market for fruit and agricultural products to the ingenuity of the industry to the presentation of new apple varieties. The professional highlight is the Lake Constance Fruit Cultivation Days with a program of lectures on current topics.
The International Trade Fair for Commercial Fruit Growing, Distillation, and Agricultural Technology informs visitors about the latest developments and products in the areas of fruit cultivation, distilling, harvesting machines, plant protection, tree nurseries, agricultural products and presents offers for home and hobby brewers.
The next international trade summit for fruit growers, farmers, and distillers will take place at Lake Constance from February 18 to 20, 2022.
